Exchange

• Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers, and this applies to all the products we offer in our store.

• All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

• Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or an exchange.

• Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number specified, so that it can be replaced with another product in case it is damaged, has a defect, or if it was not used in accordance with the agreement.

• The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the one displayed on our website.

• We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations of product use that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 25 dirhams will apply if the customer does not want the product and the product has no defect or problem mentioned.
