When will my order be processed?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We provide a group of shipping agents based in major cities, and it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Do you deliver outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and in a few cities specified on the shipping page.

You can request international delivery through our store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the product weight and rates for international carriers not currently registered in the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
You should refer to the return policy to know the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a defect, the product can be returned. The shipping cost charged by the company is calculated, and the freight is refunded to the customer. The value of the product itself is not refunded according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers delivery service for bulk orders and provides a discount ranging from 10–20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the Contact page to inquire about quantities and pricing.
